Trip Deposits: A 50% deposit is require to secure your reservation for all trips. The remaining 50% balance is due 60 days prior to departure. Either personal checks or money orders will be accepted. Upon receipt of payment, a complete information packet will be mailed to you. Cancellations: Trip cancellations made at least 90 days prior to departure will be fully refunded. Cancellations between 60 and 90 days in advance will be assessed a $200 per person cancellation fee, with the remainder of the deposit refunded immediately. For cancellations less than 60 days in advance, no refunds will be available. In the unusual event of unsafe water, or conditions beyond our control that jeopardize the safety or scheduled itinerary, every effort will be taken by Remote Rivers to arrange an appropriate alternative. If for any reason the alternative trip is not desired or the trip is canceled, a 100% refund will occur. Insurance: Remote Rivers carries standard liability insurance.
